Focus Room and Return¶
The Focus Room is the safe heart of every level — where the round ends and where survival is decided.
The return phase¶
The moment your team delivers the last task item, the round flips from Active into Return mode. A 20-second timer starts, and everyone must get into the Focus Room's return zone before it expires.
- Players inside the zone when the timer ends are survivors — they clear the level and advance.
- Players still outside — captured, or just too far away — do not advance; they're sent back to the Lobby.
This turns the end of every round into a tense sprint: the map is at its most dangerous (wave 3 distractors are out), and you have to cross it to safety.
Why it matters¶
- Position for the finish. As the last items go in, start drifting toward the Focus Room so you're not caught on the far side of the map.
- Rescue before you run. A captured teammate can't reach the return zone alone — free them (or have a Latch key ready) before time runs out.
- The Focus Room is safe. Distractors don't capture you inside it, so once you're in, you're clear.
Revive¶
If someone doesn't make it, the results screen offers a paid Revive — a self- or team-revive that can pull stragglers back before the teleport out.
