Core Loop¶
Every level is the same core rhythm, dressed in a different map and task. Learn it once and you can play any level.
1. Collect¶
Task items are scattered around the map. Walk up to one and hold E to pick it up. Most classes carry one item at a time — only a maxed Carry stat (or the Hauler class) lets you hold two. The number of items your team must deliver scales with team size (3 + 2 per player).
2. Deliver¶
Carry items to the Drop Zone and drop them off. Each delivered item earns you 1 Focus Shard, and completing the whole task grants a small bonus. Some levels add a twist to delivery (a skill-check, a fill station, a colour-sorted chest), but the goal is always: get every item home.
3. Dodge¶
The map is patrolled by distractors. They can only start capturing you while they can see you — so use walls, corners, and cover. If one locks on, you'll be dragged to a distraction room.
4. Rescue¶
A captured teammate is stuck until someone frees them. Run to their distraction room, start the rescue puzzle, and solve it to snap them out. Each rescue earns 1 Rescue Token.
5. Return¶
The moment the task is complete, the round flips to RETURN mode. Everyone must rush back to the Focus Room within the time limit. Players inside when time expires are survivors and advance; those left outside get sent back to the Lobby.
